Special Education Parent Rights and Procedural Safeguards

PARENTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES REFERRED TO OR CURRENTLY RECEIVING SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES HAVE SPECIFIC RIGHTS AND PROCEDURAL SAFEGUARDS. THESE RIGHTS AND SAFEGUARDS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE.
